It's nearly July and the class ends so I'm going to make some improvements in my life:
First, I will improve my hobbye yoga, I will dedicate more hours, instead of 3 hours I dedicate 6 hours, in 3 days a week. And for more flexibility, I'll buy an elastic strap to help me.
And second, I'm going to start swimming, to keep myself in shape and to strengthen my muscles. I'm going to sign up for the GOfit gym pool, and be an hour and a half two days a week.
